BM Kaitlee skirt

Brandy Melville plaid Kaitlee skirt. So cute and wish it fit me but it's a bit snug and my sister doesn't want it. Has a zipper on the side. Best fits 24-26" waist. My sister is in the try on and is a 24" waist but there is some stretch to it. I'm a 28/29" waist and it's a bit too tight.
