BLUE PROM DRESS (Cheaper on Mercari)

This is an ABSOLUTELY stunning blue prom dress. The style is mermaid and it has extra fabric (pictured) to hold the shape. The top is covered with pretty gems and beads but is not heavy at all! The dress zips up the back and also clips around the neck. Also, I had 3 clips (1 pictured) on the back of the dress installed to hold up the bottom of the dress so it's easier to walk. Easily fits 5'9"-5'5" and the bust area fits a C or D. Only worn once, no stains or tears! and comes with plastic cover
