🎈 BLACK and WHITE STRIPED SKIRT 🎈

Never worn striped skirt with pleats. Thick material and stretchy to fit just perfectly if you want to wear it high on the waist or low on the hips. Runs small so although it says large it would fit a medium just fine if you sit it at your waist. Would fit a small if you wear it around the hips. Waistband unstreched is 26 inches. Length is 16.5 inches. I have two more in navy blue❗️👍
