mskga98 is this a sweater material or cotton and does it stretch, I can not really tell the measurements by the size chart, I usually where a xxlg or 1x but sometimes things fit tight around my upper arms, would you say it runs true to size or small?

lakeysha_l @mskga98 cotton blend and yes it scratches. I wear a medium and I had to get a small. I would say they run big. I would suggest a 1x or a 2x for extra room.
