Perfect to dress up or down. In great condition. Very clean and gentle use. Small dot on neck. Measurements: Shoulder to end: 30". Waist: 33". Dress is a loose fit dress. Dress was purchased in London. Size is 8 and is equivalent to a USA size 10. However, the dress runs small and I would say it fits like a USA size 8.
