BLACK VELVET WITH SILVER CHAINS AND ELASTIC BACK BELT 29”+

Very cool belt with black velvet and silver chains with silver snaps. The chain is all one piece, so you can adjust how it’s draped. It’s got a wide elastic back. The belt is 29” as is, and you can expand it quite a bit-there’s some give. Comes in plastic sleeve as pictured.
