BLACK VELVET LOOSE-FITTING TEE WITH A BOW

I bought this classic beauty at a Buffalo Exchange in NYC. I've only worn this top twice. In very near perfect condition. I have to get rid of all the black things in my closet which is why I'm getting rid of this, unfortunately!
