Black dress from Forever 21 in a size small. This is a fitted tank top mini dress with a scoop neckline. It is in preloved condition. The dress has what looks to be an oil stain on the back (see last pic) and has been priced accordingly. A simple basic for any closet! The dress can be worn on its own or looks great under a denim or leather jacket! The dress also pairs great with both sneakers and heels!
