17 inches from arm pit to arm pit 33 inches from shoulder to hem No name brand noted. Black and white stretchy dress with crossed straps. Could be worn as Sumner dress, cover up, night clothes. Stretch/elastic fabric. no size noted..I would guess medium due to measurements
