BLACK & WHITE VINTAGE SUNDRESS W/ SPAGHETTI STRAPS AND A POLKADOT SKIRT -SMALL

This adorable Vintage Black & white dress has No Tags to prove that it is a Kenzo Design - but the style speaks for itself. Purchased in the 80's, It has a black stretch top with spaghetti straps that tie at each shoulder and a polka dot ruffle skirt with asymmetrical hem that stops at the knees.  
 Since there are no tags on this dress, the price is much lower than it should be. So cute - worn with boots or sandals - you will stop traffic`
