How much stretch do these have?

@tristymosley they have enough stretch to make them comfy, but not so much that they get way stretched out. I have another pair exactly like them that I wore out.

Is there any fabric softener or other fragrance on them?

@jenmartel3 no - I have only washed with fragrance free detergent and use wool dryer balls, No added fragrance.
