Tag size 28. Fit more like a 31”. Super nice in good preloved condition woman’s capri jeans from BKE. Nice stretchy material. These are your Harper style Capri from BKE. Denim is light blue. Looks darker in pics. Majority of wear show around waist band. Minor fading due to previous wear. Tag size 28.
