This is a Beautiful Hand made Princess TuTu skirt the colors are Frozen inspired , with purple, pink & blues. The top is hand painted with a #2 on the Tee. The skirt has multi colors with a detachable flower. The crown has bling and a # 2 design all rhinestones are glued on. Adult supervision so child doesn’t eat the rhinestones.
