New but look at photos, leather has some marks. Also I do want to mention these shoes have a strong leather smell. I know I have had this style myself new from Birkenstock and it is normal for them to be like this I just want to mention because I know smells can bother some people. (it is almost chemically the smell, must be how they make them? this particular type of leather (oiled).
