I have never won this brand I usually get size 9 so I can wear thick socks. In shoes I wear 8W or 8 1/2 — are these boots roomy? AS well as I. The calf? They look kinda narrow in the calf…

Hello! They have a thin quilted-like fabri all the in the boot to keep you warmer even through the toe base. They zip up so it is easy to get into them. They also have a quilted section in the back between the leather which laces to help for expansion. I feel the toe base is a regular width and I wear a wool blend regular sock with them. They are nice and I love them. I have a brown pair so I felt I needed to not have two pairs due to lack of storage. Let me know if you have any other questions
