Incredible 1980s beaded cocktail dress from renowned American designer, Bill Blass, is a classic shift style dress that is completely covered in brightly colored red, yellow, and blue glass beads. It has padded shoulders, a simple crew neck and short sleeves. The beads are attached to a black silk matrix that looks like organza, and the black lining is rayon. Labeled vintage size 14, and sizing tables indicate it is in the modern size 12-14 range.
