cheeritalia1022 @joreviews so many times when I try to buy an auction I will get a message at the end telling me not to update my payment info to update my address funny thing is my address hasn't changed since I've joined Poshmark LOL I'd say what else does it do to me oh it constantly freezes on me or kicks me out when I try in bed I can't even keep track honestly a few of my friends think I need a new account

cheeritalia1022 @joreviews they said that they can transfer everything over that's the only way I would do it I've worked so hard to get where I am it's not easy to do all those shares to get to Posh ambassador level 2 LOL plus I have all my readings reviews etc and all the friends I have and followers and I've contacted post so many times about these issues they say okay it's fixed now but it never is 🤦🤦

cheeritalia1022 @joreviews good I'm glad 😊 it's just a bad look for someone to a group of people if they don't know you but thankfully when these incidents have happened they're usually during shows when I'm friends with the hosts and others in the room know me so between their house and my explaining that my account is having problems most people are understanding and don't take it personally

cheeritalia1022 @joreviews yes and the thing is just like support keeps showing me each time I've written in when there's one of these glitches that it's fixed and then it's not I do not feel not even 50% confident then if they even allowed me to get a new account that all my stuff would transfer and I would be heartbroken if it didn't so I think I'm just going to wait it out

cheeritalia1022 @joreviews because the platform in general is glitching I'm not the only one who has their account randomly blocking people thankfully I've seen it happen many times and shows I'm not the only one who's having payments glitching you hear the host their connections or glitching they're getting kicked out of their own shows and a lot of us think the real issue is when they design the platform it wasn't designed for Life shows

cheeritalia1022 @joreviews and now not only are they having live shows they weren't having these issues in the beginning when it was just a small select group of people but since the new year the beginning of January they gave access all at once to 10,000 people which is insane and two weeks ago they gave access to a whole nother group of people and from what we're saying and how the app is reacting it seems like it might be another 10,000 so we're all thinking that this app is one major overload

cheeritalia1022 @joreviews just hoping you're doing something behind the scenes to update it where it can handle all this volume at once I mean having 200 shows plus going on at a time that's just crazyness LOL I don't even get my friends notifications anymore for their shows I get them from strangers people I don't know or follow and I can't find my friends shows there's too many shows to scroll through I hope they have a solution coming
