BHWM flowy black and green dress

Very flattering lightweight dress. It has elastic at the waist and shoulders for a custom fit. It has a tiered ruffle on the skirt. The body of the dress is lined in black while the sleeve fabric is sheer. See pics for measurements. It hits mid calf on me and I’m 5’7”.
