BHLDN Naomi Wedding Dress - Stained at Bottom

Worn for my wedding where it unfortunately rained so the bottom 2 inches of the gown have stains. It would be cute cut to a shorter dress at the knee or even hemmed above the 2 inches! Was dry cleaned afterwards but still stained (see pics) Has some little strands where they need to be cut along the bodice (see pic) Would fit a 5’4” girlie with flat shoes probably to the floor, I’m 5’1” and wore 4 inch heels.
