Off-the-shoulder puff sleeves and a sweeping train complete this maximalist look. Fitted at the bust, loose at the waist and hip Strapless bra-friendly Measures 63" from shoulder to hem; 90" from center back to train hem Size 4. Has been tried on in store, but appears to be in like new condition. One of the puffed arm sleeves has become detached. A seamstress can either reattached it or make both of them detachable.
