BHLDN Livia wedding gown NEEDS TLC

this gown is meant for someone who isn't afraid of a little TLC or elbow grease to get her back to her original glory. The stress has a lot of stains at the bottom and around the hemline that will require laundering, or will need to be cropped to remove the stained fabric. I believe the stains are mostly dirt and some rain as it rained on the day it was worn. I did a spot test with some water and a small amount of hydrogen peroxide and the stain began to lift. I just don't have the bandwidth to have this taken care of. I am hopeful that a dry cleaner could remedy this The top half of the dress is in good shape though there is one small spot on the right side hip area. I genuinely believe that somebody could make this into a beautiful dress once again. The gown features a low back and French bustle inside the skirt. it is a side zip dress. this gown has been hemmed for someone who is 5'4. pictures show it styled with a belt though no belt is included. A garment bag and hanger is included. measurements: bridal size 8, regular dress size 4-6 waist - approx 13 in flat hip - approx 15.5 flat shoulder to front hem - 55in (there is a slight train)
