alixpurpura @ksgibbens hey!! Sorry I'm just getting back with you, I measured the dress across the waistband flat and it's 15inches across (so 30inches all the way around outside), open on inside it's a tad smaller at 29 1/2inches, I think it's about 18 1/2 flat across bust (I lifted as measured the extra fabric to account for breasts ha) I would say it would best fit a solid 6 to a small 8! Hope this helps, if you have any other questions or need any more measurements just let me know
