This dress is new with tags, but the hem has been cut. It zips up the back and has a low back line. Has beaded detail throughout. This dress weighs a lot. It could be hemmed on the bottom by a seamstress or you could add some kind of ruffle situation to the bottom, or maybe even feathers to make it flow to the ground. My sister bought it and had a feather bottom put on and didn’t like it. She went with something else. Last photo is for inspiration if you wanted to hem it shorter. The price reflects these flaws.
