adinasbridal @heather2632 it’s not constricted on the hip area. So the measurement is free since it’s flowy in that area.

adinasbridal @sophiedankel It's 62" from top of the shoulder to hem. There is no extra fabric along the hemline, but a seamstress may be able to add something to the edge if necessary to extend.
