BEWARE fellow Poshers!

BEWARE fellow Poshers!!! I have never, ever had an awful business experience like the one I had with this Posher over the weekend! I made the error of purchasing a pair of shoes from her and mentioned early on (within 20 mins) I might need to cancel the order due to fear of them not being right for me. I continued to reach out to her very kindly over 7-8 times to please cancel the order. She didn’t respond other than to say they should be okay based on the size of the company’s other items. I was extremely skeptical and stressed out over it, but still to no avail. She allowed the whole weekend to pass without shipping the order out, so there was plenty of reasonable time to cancel it on her end. Again, nothing. I patiently waited to have this cleared up- which was never done and she shipped the order out anyway as of this morning. Over 48 hours later. I opened a case with Posh- which was her idea, rather than showing me some grace and helping me out. She finally responded 20 minutes prior to shipping them out saying they got shipped and she never heard from Posh (which was not a necessity to cancel the order). She then disabled me from ability to message her. Something I wouldn’t expect from a kind seller 😔 I don’t ever make it my business to call another Posher out, I try to be kind and thoughtful and don’t like being that type of person. However, in this case- BUYERS BEWARE when purchasing from her! From my terrible experience, you will not be shown any grace.
