@jean1710 It’s Sterling Shiny 925 Finish with a solid brass base. It’s 925 coated brass. Solid Sterling is too soft for this type of jewelry and costs are much higher. Let me know if you have any other questions. Crystals are premium Austrian. We are work under contract with the company and can’t use their trademarked name. They are famous for crystal and we’re lucky enough to continue to buy their products. 😉

@jean1710 Again, we hand make the jewelry. I have not made the piece that you purchased yet. We do not make jewelry and let it sit around and age. We are a large jewelry company, we have been doing this for almost 10 years. The video is of the Crystals that we use in this bracelet.

We have Easter and Mother’s Day orders coming in all day from several websites, but I can try since this is technically a “priority mail” order! 👍 I work all day every day, and I can only do so much. It won’t be later than Tuesday morning. When do you need this by?
