These shoes are beautifully hand made with the uppers being crafted by a single piece of soft, calfskin leather, just like they were made by Alessandro BERLUTI in 1895. To meld modernization with tradition, current craftsmen in the BURLUTI atelier invented a new composite for the perfect sole and heel. By mixing leather, rubber and microfiber, an ideal sole was created that could hold the new colors as well. This pair is beautiful in a royal blue that darken at the edges. They have a bright green striped sole that gives it a nice contrast pop of color. They are in very nice condition with little sign of wear. The photos are your best answer to condition since you can zoom in. I am picky, and I think they look great! There is not one piece of sand or pebble stuck in the heel or sole of these shoes! You will get the original box, dust cover and I will give you a set of shoe trees to keep them nice!
