The “Alessio” model men’s shoe is a revival of the 1895 example created by Alessandro BERLUTI himself. Instead of piecing together many smaller pieces of leather, Alessandro found a way to create a comfortable shoe by making the entire upper from one single piece of leather. For the modern day “Alessio’s”, a new sole made of leather, rubber and microfiber has been married new to old traditions to create the perfect shoe. This pair of beautiful shoes are done in a traditional cordovan that is taken over by a Cardinal red pop in certain areas. They are just beautiful. The soles have a shock of electric blue with a navy stripe to calm it down in the boardroom. The soles are immaculate and there is not one rock or grain of sand stuck in the soles or heel. I will include the original box, dust bag and a set of wooden shoe trees to keep them nice. These have been gently worn before. There are very few scrapes. The photos are your best guide for condition. I’m picky and I think they look great!
