This vintage belt is circa 80's to 90's. It it new, rare & beautiful. The ornamental wrought iron buckle is 2.5" w/a marbled gemstone.

@degrant1 hi precious happy to answer actually your question are answered, elaborated on in the description. It was made in the USA, New York City, most all of his renowned luxury jewelry is custom made. Isaac manevitz is legendary designer of Ben-Anum designs, company named for his son, Ben.

@degrant1 Egyptian born artist & designer, he's been a pioneer of the costume jewelry movement made famous in the early 80s. exquisite haute couture designs. this piece is part of his art deco collection. he IS a celebrity favorite & lauded for his unique eye for shape as exhibited in this piece. it's possibly some gold or perhaps brass & a genuine precious or semi-precious stone can I answer any other questions for u hun?😊

@degrant1 Its probably one-of-a-kind, acquired it at an estate sale of a fine home of many luxury designer items, it was priced quite handsomely, had to go back twice to get a halfway affordable deal, hope this helps, hope I didn't give too much info😊
