In 1857, Belleek Pottery was started by John Caldwell Bloomfield as a philanthropic enterprise to give local workers a chance to work after the devastation of the Irish Potato Famine. Little did anyone know that the small company started as a good deed would still be going strong 167 years later and be one of the world’s most respected producers of fine porcelain.
Belleek introduced the ‘Enchanted Garden’ pattern in 1997. Even though it was very popular, the pattern was discontinued in 2005 making it a hard-to-find collectible. This beautiful creamer of ivory porcelain with a ring of pansies measures 4.25 inches tall by 4.5 inches wide. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The creamer has the Belleek mark on the bottom used between years 1997-99.
