halcyon29 @sgiannbro of course! I’m happy to clear that up. A good example for why I always check beauty products: Say they were damaged in transit on their way to me. I send them to you, you receive broken product that can’t be used. You open a case for a refund. I can’t say for sure if they were ever even intact in my possession. That could be a problem. But you brought up a great point and it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to put a little note in descriptions.
