Beautiful BEBE dress. I wore this to the Kentucky Derby! Size 6. The straps criss cross on the back or they can tie halter style. A crisp feeling material. Love this dress! *just noticed a small spot on the chest I didn’t notice it before so I haven’t tried to clean it yet. I’m assuming it’s a little make up.

liolia @j_p2016 thank you! I just measured a dress that’s a bit too small for me at the moment, and it’s the same measurements as yours. I’m going through dietary changes so if I keep making progress, I will definitely grab this, it’s really pretty!
