BEAUTIFUL RARE Tibi New York embroidered dress

I love this. I have had it for a few years and have only worn it once. It's absolutely stunning! Has beautiful details including the floral embroidery, the neckline, the mid length skirt and the sheer flowy fabric! Has an attached slip underneath.
