BEAUTIFUL PLEATED MINI SKIRT BY FRANKIE B.

This is one of my favorite pieces! This skirt is fabulous! The waist line is slightly lower and sits below the navel, which I think is much more flattering for both petite and regular sized women. The material is non itchy very soft, lightweigh wool. The color is black with a faint pin-striped design. Because the pleats are far apart, there are no gathers forming around the waist and hips which tend to add to the waistline or hip area. IT’S SO CUTE ON! It is very short but depending on your height if you are 5’3 or shorter, you will not feel uncomfortable bending or sitting down.
