This dress is so pretty. It has a base layer of a mesh-type material and all of the beautiful design work is on top of that. It is fully lined and is cocktail length. It has some stretch. The size is small, but I would say it could fit up to a size 8. The brand is Miss Nikky. It was purchased at Nordstrom.
