BEAUTIFUL Blue with Black Lace Tea Length Dress!

This is just a tiny bit too big for me or I’d be holding onto it like Gollum to his Precious. This dress feels really high quality, just weighted enough that the wind won’t take it and run. It’s a Size Small, but runs a little big.
