I hate to give these up but I’m downsizing! This super flattering BDG bell bottom was purchased from Urban Outfitters and worn less than a handful of times. They were hemmed to 41.5 inches, which is perfect for me at 5’3”! They fit a little loose and are VERY stretchy, so they could probably fit a 28 or 29 as well (pictured here on me, I’m a true 27 in BDG)
