BCX short sleeve blazer brown tweed

Brown Tweed blazer by BCX with short ruched sleeves and button closure. Gathered in back for feminine fit. Size small. Has loops in waist if you want to wear it belted (came with a ribbon belt but I never wore it). Pictured up close the belt loops and ruching at sleeves.
