Business-casual/semi-formal dress. 15in zipper in the back; elastic in the cap sleeves to fit to your arm; 2in wide yellow belt with a stretchy panel and a vinyl-feel to the part with the holes, detachable from dress I believe this fits like a women’s size 6 (but that is not my size so please check the measurements to make sure this will fit you!) Measurements: - Hips: 21 in across (skirt has some horizontal give) - Under-bust: 16 in across (has lots of stretch) - Skirt length: 23 in - Bust height: 5 in There is some slight yellowing on the inside of the collar, but it is not visible when the dress is worn and would likely be taken care of by a quick wash.
