BCBGeneration pleated tunic dress. Elastic waist gathering with pockets and ruching detail on split sleeves. A deep royal blue. Worn but in good condition. This is too short for me now but was a badass going out dress when I was younger. Makes your legs look 100 feet long. Flat measurements: Waist - 12" Skirt fall from waist - 17.5" Total length - 33"
