Jacket has a hood and seems to be fairly water resistant. (Not rain proof.” Worn a handful of times very lightly. The color green is shows best in the photo of the tag. It fit me more fitted but was also stretchy in some areas so it did look very professional and dressier but still had the cargo/utility look with the pockets. Hardware is metallic.
