Worn maybe twice, gorgeous and classic, circa 2003. Top is bustier style with zipper back, mesh overlay, can be worn strapless by tucking them in (lace straps with small rhinestones). I wore without a bra (34B). Skirt is mid rise, I’m 5’4” and it was worn with about 4” platforms — in the photo it shows how the hemmed stitching was undone but can be easily re-hemmed. Tule underskirt. Such a lovely and flattering style.
