BCBGMaxAzria XS Off White Puff Sleeve Crop Blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @gonzogirl5. This shirt is both adorable and mature at the same time. I loved it at first sight, but I just can't fit. - Tag says XS, but fits more like a S or even M if you are not well-endowed in the breast area. - My measurements are 33", 24", 30". I found the fabric loose everywhere except in the arms. I definitely think someone a size or two bigger than me would suit the blouse better - Accepting Offers of any kind! :) Questions?
