BCBGMaxAzria Blue Capped sleeve dress - Petite small

Dress in good condition, not sure what's up with the belt sash part. I'm not sure if that's just the way it is. Size is Petite small. It's a faux wrap with button epilettes and quite a bit of stretch. (040224)
