NWOT :) I think I might just have a bad habit of taking tags off of brand new things because I have literally NEVER worn this — not even to try on! I got it from a boutique when I was in Manhattan a few years ago and never ended up wearing it to anything, but it’s so cute and can definitely be rocked by anyone! Super soft and a very flattering length — this would look so cute with some boots or a pair of block heels! MAKE OFFERS!!
