Great dress for a part. Love how the cross neck creates a key hole. New with tags. Never worn. It is black but you can see from the photos that it has a nice sheen to it that gives it a shimmer.
Length: 34" but with elastic waist, you can adjust draping effect and length.

@rover7 okay, if I don’t stretch the elastic waist or fabric at bottom of the dress it measures approx 18.5”.

The fabric that goes from arm pot to arm pit across the upper chest (and is the tightest measurement in that area looks to be about 20” depending on how it sets on you and your chest size. Again, there is a lot of fabric that can be adjusted that could potentially expand that width a bit.
