This beautiful dress is perfect for an occasion. I wore it once to a wedding but don't have enough events to wear it too. It has a front tie with ruching and is size xs but can also fit size small imo. It's 68% cotton, 28% nylon, and 4% spandex. The third photo represents the true color most accurately. It is a knee length dress. Color is a teal green/blue.
