Fully lined, fabric has a good weight to it so it hangs great on your body. Wore it once, perfect condition. Two pockets in the front. Very small area of discoloration on inside lining behind clavicle portion (see last pic)- not noticeable while wearing. Size 4 BCBG (I usually wear between 0 and 4 in them) Offers welcome :)
