thesilkhanger @jmpoythress16 hello! I have 2 sizes available. I’m a size 4 and fit into the size 2 comfortably. To be safe I would go with the size 4 for you.

thesilkhanger @nia581 not noticeable at all. The dress is lined underneath to give the illusion of a see through split. You should be fine wearing spanx.
