It is flowing and lovely with its one-shoulder design and open back. Has a concealed center back zipper with hook-and-eye closure. In great condition. Would be amazing at any function or event! Lightly used once for a couple hours, like new! I am 5'3 and wore 3 inch heels and it fitted perfectly.
